Delivery

Bajanbeads has a policy of delivering the ordered product within 3 - 7 days of purchase in the UK. Should there be any other reason that your product will not reach you within 7 days of purchase, BajanBeads will e-mail you with a revised delivery date.
All orders will only be shipped once payment has been received. Bajanbeads accepts credit/debit card payments [will I be using other other payment providers such as Paypal?].

Returns

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. We will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange if 30 days have passed since your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

A return address will be included in your order. If you have not received this slip, please email BajanBeads@gmail.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are returning an item over £25, we encourage you to consider using a trackable/“signed for” postal service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within seven days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially noted. Contact your credit card company or bank if the refund does not show on your account, it may be pending. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at bajanbeads@gmail.com.

It is our policy to only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If this applies to you, please send an email with a photo of your damaged item to BajanBeads@gmail.com

At BajanBeads we want you to enjoy your product for as long as possible. As such we have a few bits of advice to help reduce any wear and tear so you can get the best out of your jewellery pieces.

·      Store items in a cool, dry place. 

·      Avoid wearing in the shower, bath, pool or sea. 

·      Avoid over-exposure to heat. 

·      Put jewellery on after applying makeup, perfume and hair products. 

·      Keep items out of contact with corrosive substances such as bleaches or detergents.

·      Use a soft, clean cloth, such as a glasses cloth, to clean items.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items will not be refunded.
